Crispy Rice + Spicy Tuna
This was probably the first crispy rice and tuna in Nashville and it remains the best! Everyone tries to replicate it but no one does it like Virago. The pop rocks are one of a kind and really seal the deal. I get this every time I am in and will savor it forever.
Super Crunch
This is my go to! The combination of shrimp, smoked salmon, spicy mayo and tempura crunchies give the right balance of texture with a satisfying crunch. Get this with a side of smoked soy sauce and triple the umami experience. Don't sleep on the Super Crunch!
Korean Pork Belly Bao
The contrast of flavors, texture and presentation is just phenomenal. The waiter was super attentive and friendly. The atmosphere of the place has a unique vibe. This restaurant just give it all, love it.
Avocado Roll
Classic yet effective. Would order again. 12/10
Oishi
Such a delicious roll and probably my favorite choice at Virago. One of the freshest tasting rolls I've had in Nashville and combined with Maki-Saki Monday you can't go wrong.
Dynamite
So delicious and so fresh! The tuna melts in your mouth and it is so flavorful.
Truffle Futomaki
Absolutey out of this world. This roll tastes so fresh, yet decadent at the same time. There's just the right amount of truffle, and the heat from the jalapeno adds a nice kick. You can really taste each ingredient, but they come together so nicely, creating the perfect bite. You cannot go wrong with this roll.
Sake Nigiri
My classic favorite. Perfect salmon to rice ratio. 12/10
Korean Pork Belly Bao
I just moved to Nashville and was feeling a little homesick and I would always get this with my family back home and it was amazing. 12/10
Rock Shrimp
I dream about this rock shrimp. I would get it everyday if I could. It's spicy yet refreshing & crunchy. 10/10 app
