Crispy Brussels
The Crispy Brussels might just be my favorite restaurant dish of all time---anywhere. A friend recommended it when I told them I was visiting Virago for the first time. I told them I typically don't like Brussels sprouts, but they insisted it wouldn't matter. They were right. These Brussels are perfectly crisped, with a depth of flavor that's savory, slightly sweet, and utterly addictive. The balance of textures and seasoning transforms a humble vegetable into something crave-worthy and unforgettable. I'm so glad I listened to that friend. Now, I recommend them to everyone I know heading to Virago---Brussels fan or not.
Smoky Heat
The Smoky Heat roll lived up to its name with a bold blend of spice and a lingering, savory smokiness. Each bite delivered a satisfying kick without overpowering the fresh ingredients. It's a great choice for those who like their sushi with a fiery twist.
Korean Pork Belly Bao
The Korean Pork Belly Bao was rich and flavorful, with tender pork that melted in my mouth. The balance of sweet, savory, and a hint of spice made it unforgettable. It was one of the highlights of the meal.
Shrimp Fried Rice
It was so good a nice and cool just right I never had a good hospitality establishment serve me good food like virago i highly recommend to my friend in town of Nashville to come by thanks for everything.

Wasabi Martini
Hands down the best Martini that I have ever tasted. Ordering a drink with Wasabi may sound a little worrisome, but after the first sip my hesitation changed to pure surprise. A unique drink that made for an enjoyable evening with good friends
Truffle Shrimp
The Truffle Shrimp Roll was a delicious fusion of elegance and flavor, with perfectly cooked shrimp and a subtle truffle aroma that elevated every bite. It struck a perfect balance between richness and freshness. Easily one of the most memorable rolls on the menu.
V2 Edamame
The spicy edamame at Virago was a standout starter, perfectly seasoned with just the right kick to wake up your taste buds. Each bite had a bold and addictive heat that kept me reaching for more. A must-try for anyone who enjoys a little spice with their sushi night.
Hamachi Jalapeno
Every single morsel we put in our mouths was incredible. From the hot chicken bao, to the toro, the volcano, the sashimi and of course the wagu, one could not outdo the others. I haven't experienced this level of cuisine in a long time. The amount of passion that goes into every ingredient on the plate is what makes it so special. We had such a memorable experience, and our waiter Kevin was superb! Thank you.
